YOGA WITH TANJA

Classes are held in MacDonald Park (Earnscliffe side near the chalet) during the summer. PARK DATES: July 13th, 20th, 27th | August 17th, 24th, 31st.

Tanja's functional yoga classes are intentionally crafted to be adaptable for all levels, body shapes and abilities. Yoga is a practice for everybody and every body, though it often isn't presented that way. Come and experience yoga classes adapted for us.

From Chair Yoga, Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Vinyasa, Tanja draws inspiration from her surroundings and encourages students to slow down and connect with their whole selves. 

Yoga is a science of self transformation that extends beyond just stretches on a mat. Tanja's teachings are grounded in the principles of embodied anti-racism, deploying this body of knowledge as a tool for healing and liberation, both individually and in community. She is committed to challenging body supremacies that are often present in yoga and wellness spaces.
