Join us on Saturdays at 10 AM at Meta 1111 Yoga Studio for Tanja's functional yoga classes, intentionally crafted to be adaptable for all levels and abilities. Yoga is a practice for everybody and every body, though it often isn't presented that way. Come and explore limits and the unlimited on the path to embracing our whole selves just as we are. You can expect intuitive movement, a few laughs and rewarding sequences with a generous savasana {deep rest practice} - always!

Tanja is known for her curious mind, bright smile and expressive nature. Her detailed cues, creativity and cadence spur the intersection of art and athleticism, engaging bodies and minds alike. Using an integrated teaching approach cultivated over 5+ years, she combines Yin + Hatha + Vinyasa + Yoga Nidra to offer spaces for authentic healing and self exploration which centers racialized people and our unique needs.
