Are you ready to experience the healing power of community?
Park Sits is our outdoor meditation circle that runs from June to October at Angrignon Park. The intention is to come together to meditate, hold space for one another and have fun. We begin with a twenty-minute meditation followed by a group discussion which allows us to practice mindful communication. Afterwards, we snack on whatever food was brought (we encourage everyone to bring something so that we can have a little potluck) and we socialize. Last summer there was some volleyball and soccer that was played, this year we'll be adding UNO and maybe even dominoes. Remember to bring something to sit on if you're not a fan of sitting on the grass.
