Let's Do Sunday is back!

Last year, so many of you came out to Angrignon Park and enjoyed a special afternoon of meditation, singing, dancing and of course eating. Let's Do Sunday was our very first in-person event and although it was sweltering hot, we created plenty of memories. On August 27, we're going to do all of that and so much more! This year, we're adding yoga and a sound bath to the program as well as lawn games for people of all ages, a bouncy castle for children along with some incredible musical and spoken word performances. By combining wellness practices, nourishing food, arts and cultural activities we will cultivate an intergenerational environment where healing and thriving…
