The Path

This 6-week mindfulness journey is designed to help you heal, thrive, and bring meditation into daily life. Perfect for anyone ready to go inward and build a consistent practice. This course takes place live on Zoom.
 

Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM (25-min meditation + daily assignment)
Saturday: 7:30 AM (25-min meditation + daily assignment)
Sunday: 7:00 PM (1-hour debrief + group sharing)

Each week introduces a new theme, and Sunday evenings feature pair sharing and group discussions. A buddy system keeps you connected and supported throughout the program.
