We Heal, We Thrive...Together

Park Sits is our meditation circle that happens every second Saturday at Angrignon Park. We begin with a 20-minute meditation followed by a mindful discussion that will allow us to hold space for each other. Bring something to sit on if you're not a fan of sitting on the grass and snacks are very much welcomed. If the weather allows, our next gathering will be on September 24 at 3pm.
