Join us for a day of wellness and culture in community at Nelson Mandela Park on August 25, 2024!
In partnership with the Côte des Neiges Black Community Association (CDNBCA), Let’s Do Sunday aims to unite people of all ages, races, and orientations for a joyous day centered around wellness and culture. Let's Do Sunday brings people together and boosts both mental and physical well-being with a bunch of engaging activities.
Schedule:
Morning Session (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM):
Gentle Yoga Session (bring a yoga mat)
Guided Meditation
