Join Fimo for a soothing, heart-opening workshop designed to help you slow down, soften and make a little more room for peace during the holiday season and beyond. We’ll begin with a guided meditation that gently brings you inward and create space for acceptance, forgiveness and letting go. The meditation will flow into a sound journey that will help support emotional release and inner ease. We’ll end with a short time for sharing for anyone who wishes to reflect or speak.
*Please arrive early so that we can start on time.
*Yoga mat rental for two dollars
*Bolster pillows, blocks and blankets are available for free.
