A Place of Stillness

A Place of Stillness is a weekly gathering for anyone who wants to slow down, go inward, and find community in the process. The evening begins with a thirty minute unguided meditation followed by a short break before moving into a time of sharing. This is where we talk about what came up in the practice and what we’re moving through in our lives. We welcome all the questions and insights that arise. The intention is to have an honest and open conversation among people who showed up to be present. A Place of Stillness is a sangha, a meditation community. It is a place to be held, to be inspired and to leave feeling a little less alone. Whether you're new to meditation or have been sitting for years, you belong here.
